Hello loyal followers and lovers of puppies! We have been recently contacted by one of our customers reaching out to us to help some puppies in Manitoba looking for homes. There are seven adorable (is there any other kind?) Shepard-Lab crosses who are looking to join a loving family. We hear the puppies are not totally committed to staying in Manitoba (none of them have jobs or anything) and many of them are open to a cross-country move.
Here is the low-down on the puppies. It is several degrees of separation from us in terms of who is currently fostering the puppies but I will do my best to break it down comprehensively:
Bone House -----> was contacted by Carolyn
Carolyn ----------> was contacted by Monica
Monica ----------> works with the woman who is currently caring for the pups
Monica's co-worker ------------> found the puppies
We spoke with Monica this week and she is just lovely. After visiting a few of the reserves in Manitoba and seeing what the situation is like for dogs first hand, she has become quite passionate about doing anything she can to help out. Being so far away from Saint Theresa Point, MB ourselves, our physical ability to help is limited. However! The powers of the world wide web and social media allow us to help by spreading the word. If you are looking to adopt, if you know responsible families who are looking to adopt, if you would like to know more about these puppies or have any questions, please contact Monica directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If one of your questions is, "how cute are these puppies?", I can save you some arduous typing by posting the photos below. Currently the pups are only 5 weeks old so they won't be ready for another few weeks but I can only imagine they will get cuter by the day. I'm not usually one to pick favourites but the photo-bomber in the third picture is stealing my heart for sure.
