The Bone House is so excited to take part in a pop-up farmer's market hosted by Pure Green Magazine and Anthropologie at their Yorkville location this weekend! When they called we immediately thought "YES! Amazing!" Not only do we love Anthropologie (is it possible to be in actual love with housewares? I think when they look like they do at Anthro, it is possible) but we love farmers and farms and green living and events and Saturdays and summer. This seems like the perfect event for us.
Check out Pure Green Magazine's events page here. Not because it will tell you anything too much more about the event, but their invite is quite lovely. Also, if you have a moment, peruse** the rest of their site, they use really beautiful photography and offer really delicious (sounding) recipes. I don't actually do any cooking so have not tried any of these deliceaux delights but I'm certain they are great.
** Side note: many people incorrectly believe that the word "peruse" means to scan or look through quickly. This is understandable as the word said aloud does sound like it would mean that..."peruse", I just said it out loud and it sounded like I was talking about speed reading. The word actually means to examine carefully or at length. You're welcome. Love always, Professor with the coconut phone from Gilligan's Island.
Now let's talk about Anthropologie for a moment - LOVE! And we are so pumped to spend the morning in the store oggling the amazing outfits and area rugs and dish sets and bags. Shall we post some of the things we love? Why not?
No, we don't work for Anthropologie, we just love their things and their things.
Come see us at the market tomorrow, it will undoubtedly be a fantastic morning. And be sure to check back next week (after the jump!) to get the low-down on how the event played out and see some photos from the day.
